Greenwood Areas, Garfield Ridge, Oak Lawn, Alsip, Burbank, Palos Heights, Oak Forest, Tinley Park, Homer Glen and Orland Park to New Lenox with familiarity in these areas for well over 30 years. The Historic Downtown Frankfort area is also one of our main areas of practice and expertise, as well. We have also, since our move to Will County over 10 years ago and significant experience with land to acreage properties have become very involved in equestrian and acreage properties in Southern Will County, in areas like Green Garden, Monee and Crete areas. The owner and DuPage area appraiser also have extensive experience, in most DuPage County Markets, from Burr Ridge to Downers Grove and Naperville.

Understand that a borrower cannot order their own appraisal for financing purposes, or especially when dealing with a federally backed lending institution. Unless you are working with a hard money lender, please discuss the appraisal process with your lender. But if you are a cash buyer, I would suggest having a professional unbiased appraisal completed to safeguard your investment.
