At this time we do not post our fee schedule online. The reason we do not do this relates to us doing a wide variety of property types from vacant land, residential, multi-family to commercial, for the also a wide variety of purposes. As such every single family property, piece of land, apartment or commercial property is not the same, nor is the purpose, requirements or needs of each client. 

We offer very competitive fees on full appraisals, while promising superior quality to peers or what one may consider competition as well as offer very affordable restricted use formats.  

If you are looking for the cheapest fee, please consider the qualifications and reputation of the appraiser of choice. Please also consider the quality and level of effort that may go into a report from the cheapest appraisal company out there. We guarantee the quality of our limited/restricted reports to exceed the quality of those cheapest and fastest advertised companies.
