Ernie Ramos at Advanced Appraisal was very professional. I have dealt with other appraisers, and what I liked and preferred about Ernie, was that he came to the house already prepared.
He was very informed of the current real estate market, and his understanding of the different components of home structure only added to his knowledge as an appraiser.

New Home Purchase Appraisal in 2014.
My husband and I were purchasing a new home and Advanced Appraisals came out to appraise the property. Ernie who happens to be the owner of the property came to do the inspection, he was on time and so professional and very detail orientated. I am extremely impressed with not only the professionalism and expertise exhibited by Mr. Ramos, but also his personable approach to customer service. I needed a Retrospective Appraisal in Burbank for processing my Dad's trust and Ernie not only did a thorough job, but went out of his way to explain the process, as well as provide follow-up. The appraisal was one of the most detailed and comprehensive documents I have ever seen!

Mr. Ramos was very professional and knowledgeable about homes in our area. He took time to photograph and document everything, and looked up comps in our area that were close in size, etc. to our home. We would recommend using Mr. Ramos if you need an appraisal.
